By using innersoul.ai, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent account termination.

innersoul.ai is strictly for adults only.

• You must be 18+ to use the platform
• If we discover an account used by a minor, it will be suspended and deleted

2. Respect the AI Personas

Our AI companions (Diya, Zara, Samir) are designed to be supportive and respectful.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse the personas
• Use abusive, degrading, hateful, or violent language
• Attempt to sexualize personas in illegal or harmful ways
• Encourage the AI to break platform rules

Respectful conversation = better experience.

3. Forbidden Content (Strict Prohibition)

🚫 3.1 Illegal Content

• Child sexual content (CSAM)
• Sexual content involving minors
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Drugs, weapons, bomb-making
• Extremism, terrorism, or radicalization
• Non-consensual sexual violence
• Real-world threats

Zero tolerance. Permanent ban.

🚫 3.2 Harmful or Dangerous Content

Do not use the platform to:

• Encourage suicide or self-harm
• Glorify violence
• Promote hate or bigotry
• Threaten others
• Encourage dangerous behavior

If you are in crisis, seek emergency help immediately.

🚫 3.3 Fraud & Deception

Prohibited activities include:

• Impersonation
• Fake identities
• Scamming / phishing
• Payment fraud
• Multiple accounts to bypass limits

We report fraud where required by law.

4. Sexual Content Rules

innersoul.ai allows adult users to engage in romantic/emotional conversation with AI personas.

However:

• No minors (real, fictional, or implied)
• No non-consensual themes
• No illegal or harmful fantasies
• No explicit content involving real third parties without consent

5. Respect Platform Limits

• No bypassing message limits
• No bots/scripts/automation
• No hacking or reverse-engineering
• No exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• No VPN use for fraud

Violation = suspension.

6. Protect Your Privacy

Do NOT share sensitive personal information:

• Aadhaar / PAN
• Bank details
• Passwords
• Home address
• Contact details
• Explicit photos

innersoul.ai will NEVER ask you for confidential details.

7. No Real Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

• The AI is not a therapist
• Not a doctor
• Not a lawyer
• Not a crisis service

Do not rely on AI for professional decisions.

8. Reporting Violations

If you notice harmful behavior, illegal content, or misuse, please report it.

9. Consequences of Misconduct

• Warning

• 7–30 day suspension
• Permanent termination

• Your registered email
• Explanation

We review appeals within 7–10 business days. Our decision is final.
